Bill O'Reilly's name was abruptly removed from cable news' highest rated show after Fox News cut ties with the longtime host. O'Reilly was fired after sexual harassment claims which he vehemently denies. Fill-in host Dana Perino bid the 67-year-old farewell on "The Factor" calling him the "the undisputed king of cable news." Tucker Carlson, who replaced Megyn Kelly last fall to even higher ratings than what she was getting, will become the new host on "The Factor" starting Monday.
