You can be a strong, positive person and still be sad and struggle sometimes. Don't keep things hidden and bottled up. In the end, they will hurt you more than you could ever imagine. It's important to know that you should feel what you're going through and you should talk to someone about it. If you always keep things inside, especially when you're going through something as difficult as grief, your mind doesn't know how to handle it. Let it out to release some of the pressure you are feeling inside. Talk to your family, talk to a counselor or therapist, talk to a friend. You may think they don't care, but if you don't give them a chance, you'll never know.
